The application process

Please note that you will only have 20 minutes per page to complete this form. Please ensure you have the following documentation ready to upload before starting this form. If you do not have this when ready, the form may time out and your progress will not have been saved.

• Evidence of organisation status: company number/charity number/constitution
• Evidence of charity registration or not-for-profit status (if applicable)
• Copy of current public liability insurance
• Copy of all qualifications, including first aid
• Copies of risk assessment/safe systems of working (please note you will be required to complete a risk assessment matrix which is provided).
