The personal data you provide will be used to investigate your concerns and provide feedback as appropriate.  The legal basis for doing this is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Council is subject.

Your personal data may be shared with other Local Authorities and Public Health England (in case of reported illness).

Your personal data will be kept for 3 years and 4 months from the date any accident reported to us and for 6 years from the date any other investigation is concluded.

You have the right to access your personal data and to complain if you think your data is being used incorrectly. You may also have other rights, such as to have your data corrected or erased.
