Your personal data is not shared outside the Council, however aspects of the enquiry may be shared in annual reports to Defra (the Department of the Environment , Food and Rural Affairs) as a ministerial department for central government. Information from such requests will be handled in the same way all requests for service are and retained for the period of time stipulated within the department’s retention policy.
