Privacy statement

When you complete this form, the information will be sent to the Lifeline team, where a council officer will use the information in order to process your community centre booking.

We may use your personal data to contact you about your booking, payment, hire agreement and any other details for your booking.

Your information may be shared with other departments within Warwick District Council if required (for example, Licensing) or central government organisations in order to help us with the booking (for example, track and trace.)

Your information is securely stored on Warwick District Council's servers, and will be kept for 6 months for individual bookings. We will then dispose your information by deleting the email from the relevant community centre folder.
