Your information will not be shared outside of Warwick District Council and will be stored securely stored on Warwick District Council’s servers.

We will only keep your personal data for as long as we need it to manage your tenancy or lease and to deal with any questions or complaints that we may receive about this, unless the law requires us to keep it for a longer period. In practice, this means that your personal data may be retained for a period of 6 years after your tenancy ends or you sell a property.
