• Please fill in this form if you wish to pay council tax by Direct Debit or if you wish to update your current Direct Debit details.
• Please do not use this form if the bank or building society account is not in your name or requires more than one person to sign. If that is the case we still need a paper instruction. 
• If you have moved to or within the district, you will need to complete a change of address form. 

A direct debit can take 14-days to set up or amend with your bank. If you are requesting to set up a new or amended direct debit within 14 days of a payment, you may need to make the first payment manually. If you are not set up to make a manual payment, then your first direct debit will be for a double payment. Please check your bill carefully to see what the new instalments are.
