The personal data that you provide will be used to allow us to process your enquiry and possibly contact you if necessary. On submission of the form, your information will be sent to an officer to process your request. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the data controller.  

Your information and enquiry details may be shared with Stratford-on-Avon District Council, who are managing the 123+ collection enquiries, and they may respond to you directly. Your information will be kept for 3 years from the year the record was created. The data will be stored on our secure servers.
