• Payroll or personnel records
• Full accounts for the previous 2 years (established businesses trading prior to 31 March 2018)
• Management accounts for Dec 2019 – Feb 2020 and for March 2020 – May 2020 (if your business is seasonal/closes in winter, please provide accounts for March – May 2019 and March – May 2020
• Bank statements to cover period of management accounts: as above
• SA302 statement (if you are self-employed/sole trader)
