About us
The Royal Spa Centre, Royal Pump Rooms and the Town Hall are managed and operated by the Arts Service (Warwick District Council). These venues host a range of community events and entertainment.
Our aim is to provide inspiration and opportunity for all. We are working to benefit the residents of and visitors to the district by delivering a diverse programme of events, a fantastic customer experience and value for money.
We want to develop and support the thriving local creative landscape that we’re proud to be a part of.
The Royal Spa Centre is a receiving house theatre with 667 seats, and a Studio Cinema with 188 seats. The Studio Cinema functions as a smaller performance space and an independent cinema that runs in house.
Our Box Office is located at Leamington’s Visitor Information desk in the Royal Pump Rooms and at Warwick Visitor Centre. You can purchase tickets for events at the Royal Spa Centre and Art Gallery and Museum, Warwick Words, Armonico Consort and Leamington Music.
The iconic Town Hall on Leamington’s Parade has two main rooms; the Council Chamber and The Assembly Hall, used primarily by the council for committee meetings but also for a wide range of other events from recitals to awards ceremonies. The building is home to Royal Leamington Spa Town Council, the University of Warwick Learning Grid and the Leamington and Warwick’s MP’s offices.
The teams that manage all three venues are Programming and Marketing, who organize, schedule and promote the events happening across the sites. The Technical and Facilities team handle the setup of an event and maintain the buildings. The Collections and Engagement team manage the gallery by coordinating exhibitions, community workshops and projects, and the Customer Service team are responsible for your front line comfort and enjoyment of our venues and events.
We look forward to welcoming you to the Royal Spa Centre, Leamington Spa Art Gallery and Museum and the Town Hall.
