On selected shows a per ticket booking fee is included in the advertised ticket price. We accept all major credit cards with the exception of American Express. Please do not send cash through the post.

As with most ‘receiving theatres’, the majority of the productions at the Royal Spa Centre are brought to us by external companies. These companies take the majority share of the Box Office income and the Royal Spa Centre receives a relatively small proportion of the ticket price that you pay.

We wish to offer our customers the best possible service, but we must also cover the direct costs involved in providing it. We prefer to try and keep ticket prices as low as possible and give our customers transparent choices rather than making these charges mandatory by including them in the ticket price or compulsory booking fees, as others do.
