Thank you for considering the Royal Pump Rooms for your upcoming event.
Please note that room hire does NOT include stewards, box office service, equipment hire, consumables, catering, insurance, PRS, piano tuning, additional staff, additional cleaning, or marketing activity. Please see our additional charges for more information.
Which rates applies to my event?
- Commercial rate: Events run by commercial, professional businesses that are usually profit making, or private events / individuals.
- Community rate: Non-profit making events run by a community group for the benefit of the community.
- Charitable rate: Non-profit making events run by a registered charity in order to generate charitable funds or deliver charity work.

The day and half-day hire rates include 1 Duty Manager and 1 Customer Services Assistant to arrange access and supervise the event.
