We are celebrating Get Online Week by raising awareness of how easy it is to access a wide range of council services online.
Get Online Week runs from 14 to 20 October 2019 and aims to help more people get online and access digital services.
Our website offers a variety of online services that residents or visitors can access 24/7 at a time that suits them, from refuse and recycling requests and payments to planning applications and registering to vote.
We have also recently launched ‘My Bills & Benefits’, which gives people access to their Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefits account, allowing you to view your bill, make a payment, or find out the details of your next benefit payment. This service enables us to reduce the amount of paper used to send bills and notification letters.
Warwick District and Warwickshire County Council services can also be accessed from self-serve kiosks in Warwick, Leamington and Kenilworth, where a member of staff will be more than happy to assist with accessing the online services for the first time.
To view the full range of online services available, visit our online services page.
