Landlords and managing agents operating in South Warwickshire are encouraged to attend the next industry forum on Wednesday 14 May 2025 at The SYDNI Centre in Leamington Spa.
The Landlord Forum is being led by the private sector housing teams from both Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils in partnership with the local Landlord Steering Group.
Exhibitions from local specialist companies will cover aspects of property management, and a number of helpful bite-size talks will be held covering a range of topics, including advice on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in property management, and legal and legislation updates from the Councils and the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA).
Back by popular demand is a ‘Tenancy Agreement Clinic’, where landlords can bring questions for a specialist solicitor to answer. Delegates can network with other professionals, and a range of experts will be on hand to answer questions on subjects like letting property, security, gas engineering and other private property related stands will be available to browse, with light refreshments provided.
The Council’s partnership agency Act on Energy will also be on hand to give advice on current energy efficiency grants and schemes suitable for rented properties.
Marianne Rolfe, Head of Community Protection at Warwick District Council, said: “The Landlord Forum continues to be the premier event for landlords and those working in the private rented sector, providing the very latest news and updates, encouraging best practice and forging new partnerships. I’d encourage anyone working in the sector to register for this free and valuable event.”
Seating is limited, with registration available online now by visiting Landlord Forum tickets.
If you cannot apply online or require further information, please contact Warwick District Council Landlord Liaison Officer, Balwant Rai, on 01926 456733 or email balwant.rai@warwickdc.gov.uk.
