There is less than one week to go until the Landlord Forum on Tuesday 21 May at the SYDNI Centre in Leamington.

The Landlord Forum is hosted by the private sector housing teams from both Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association and the local Landlord Steering Group.

Anyone involved in letting property in the private rented sector is welcome to attend this free forum. There will be a series of short presentations covering a range of topics, including a crime special for landlords, self-managing landlord tips, home upgrade grants and recent policy and legislation changes.

There will also be an opportunity to network with other professionals and industry experts and visit exhibitions from local specialist companies and council support organisations. Landlords can bring questions to the popular ‘Tenancy Agreement Clinic’ for a specialist solicitor to answer.

Councillor Paul Wightman, Portfolio Holder for Housing, said:

“This is a really worthwhile event for our local landlords and letting agents to get together and keep up with the latest news.

“I would urge you to take some time out of your day to come along and meet the teams with the latest industry information, gain advice and insights, share good practices and forge new partnerships.”

The Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils Landlord Forum is on Tuesday 21 May, from 12.30pm to 4pm at the SYDNI Centre, Cottage Square, Sydenham, Leamington Spa, CV31 1PT.

Seating is limited, with registration available online now.
