The event, held at the Trident Centre, Warwick was led by housing teams from both Warwick and Stratford-on-Avon District Councils in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association and the local Landlord Steering Group.

Delegates attending from the regions private rental sector, had the chance to hear presentations on a range of industry issues and topics from Fire Regulation and Safety, Green Homes Grants to the latest legislation and meet with specialist exhibitors and support organisations taking part.

Warwick District Council’s Portfolio Holder for Housing, Councillor Paul Wightman commented:

“In challenging times for the private rental sector, it was important that we provided the opportunity for landlords and others involved in letting property to find out about the support and guidance available from their local Councils and also gain valuable sector information and insights. The feedback we have received is very positive and we will take forward the helpful suggestions made for planning future events.”
