‘The Cricketers’, Radford Semele, Warwickshire
We worked with housebuilders, A C Lloyd, on a mixed tenure development known as The Cricketers. This scheme completed in 2021 provides us with 26 rent and shared ownership homes. Radford Semele is located on the edge of Leamington Spa, with the Cricketer’s development forming a niche market sympathetically designed to suit the character of the local area and encompassing the Radford Semele Village life.
‘The Triangle’, Europa Way, Warwickshire
As part of a land purchase contract, we have worked with Vistry Partnerships to provide 54 all affordable homes on a 3.25 acre site, located at Europa Way, Leamington Spa. The new housing scheme provides a high level of energy efficient 1, 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses and bungalows, across all tenures for social, affordable and shared ownership homes.
‘Mallory Gardens’, Bishops Tachbrook, Leamington Spa
Crewe Lane, Kenilworth
Crewe Lane is a joint venture with MHL and the Linden Homes Group, will provide a cross-subsidy scheme of 610 units of 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom properties. We will acquire 248 s106 units, which will be for social and affordable rents with shared ownership. This scheme will benefit both our rent return and Milverton Homes revenue’s. The units will be energy efficient; meet National Described Space Standards (NDSS) and provide a great local community for the people of Kenilworth and Warwickshire.
