Exhibition Space
Thank you for your interest in hosting a promotional stall at Spark Lite at the Royal Spa Centre on Friday 14 February 2025! This year, we’re thrilled to showcase creative projects and initiatives from across the district, connecting and inspiring our Spark delegates. Space is limited, but we encourage you to apply. Below, you’ll find key details about the stalls, how to apply, and the selection process.
Promotional Stalls
We’re providing 24 spaces in the main auditorium, each including:
- A 6ft table with a black tablecloth
- Two chairs
This is a free opportunity to promote your project, initiative, or organisation in a way that suits you best. Previous successful stalls have featured engaging displays, merchandise, and handouts.
Key Details
- Power: Available on request
- Location: Main auditorium, ground floor, Royal Spa Centre
- Setup Options:
- Thursday, 13 February, 10 am–2 pm (let us know if you plan to set up early)
- Friday, 14 February, 9 am–10 am
- Suggested Arrival: On the day, please arrive between 9 am–9:30 am to set up before the official opening at 10 am.
- Take-Down Time: Suggested by 3 pm. The building closes at 5 pm.
- Drop-Off & Parking: Limited short-term parking is available near the venue for loading and unloading.
- Storage: Unfortunately, we can’t store materials before or after the event.
- Security: Stalls are your responsibility. Warwick District Council is not liable for lost or stolen items.
- Insurance: Your stall is covered by Warwick District Council’s public liability insurance.
Note: Feel free to make your stall as engaging as possible, but please keep displays within the limits of your table space.
How to Apply
To apply, simply email johnathan.branson@warwickdc.gov.uk with:
- A brief outline of who you are and how you’d like to use your stall
- Your technical requirements
- Links to any online content that supports your proposal
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by the Warwick District Creative Compact on Monday, 13 January. We aim to create a diverse and engaging exhibition space, focusing on:
- Suitability for a conference setting
- Delegate engagement potential
Preference will be given to applicants based in our four towns, though submissions from outside the area are welcome.
We’ll notify you by Thursday, 16 January about the outcome of your application.
