From 1 April 2022, Warwick District Council arranges building insurance with Zurich Municipal to cover the roof, walls, floor, ceiling and fixtures and fittings of the property.

The policy does not cover your personal possessions and we strongly recommend that you take out your own home contents insurance.

• your name and contact details
• property address
• details of the damage and the cause
