Postal Votes Issued 

  • Tuesday 18 June 2024 -  For voters that have registered for a postal vote before the General Election 2024 was called on Wednesday 22 May 
  • Wednesday 26 June 2024 - For voters that have applied for a postal vote after the General Election 2024 was called on Wednesday 22 May. 

How to return your postal vote

  • Post in a Royal Mail post box.
  • Handing into Town Hall Reception Staff in Leamington Spa which will be open until 10pm on Polling Day.  The address for the Town Hall is:

    Parade,
    Leamington Spa,
    Warwickshire,
    CV32 4AT 
  • Polling station in the same constituency on election day so that it arrives by 10pm on election day. If it arrives later than this, your vote will not be counted.

Please note that if you hand it in at the Town Hall or Polling Station you will be required to complete a declaration form as set out in the Elections Act 2022.
