- Post in a Royal Mail post box.
- Handing into Town Hall Reception Staff in Leamington Spa, which will be open until 10pm on Polling Day. The address for the Town Hall is:

CV32 4AT - Polling station in the same constituency on election day so that it arrives by 10pm on election day. If it arrives later than this, your vote will not be counted.

Notice of Election for a Councillor to the Royal Leamington Spa Clarendon Town Ward
- Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Warwick District Council, Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4AT on any day after the date of this notice, on Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. (excluding bank holidays) but no later than 4 pm on Friday, 7th June 2024 by appointment only.
- Nomination papers may be obtained from the offices of the Returning Officer, Warwick District Council, Saltisford 1, Ansell Way, Warwick CV34 4UL during the times stated above.
- If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday, 4th July 2024.
- Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer by 12 midnight on Tuesday, 18th June 2024. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote.
- Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes and amendments or cancellations of proxy votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Warwick District Council, Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4AT by 5 pm on Wednesday, 19th June 2024.
- New applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Warwick District Council, Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4AT by 5 pm on Wednesday, 26th June 2024.
- Applications to vote by emergency proxy at this election on the grounds of physical incapacity or for work/service reasons must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Warwick District Council, Town Hall, Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4AT by 5 pm on Thursday, 4th July 2024.The physical incapacity must have occurred after 5 pm on Wednesday, 26th June 2024.
