The UK Government are making signification changes to the Electoral System. The Elections Act 22 has now been introduced which applies to Local Elections, UK Parliamentary General Elections (UK PGE) & Police and Crime Commissioner Elections (PCC). The measures that are being introduced are in relation to:

- Accessibility
- Absent Voting - changes to:
- Overseas Electors – Votes for life
- EU Citizens and Candidacy rights
