For private residents, we are working with Act on Energy to deliver ECO4 and Great British Insulation Scheme (GBIS) home energy efficiency measures.

ECO4 is a grant designed to support residents on low incomes to improve their home’s energy efficiency or upgrade their heating system. A range of insulation and heating options are available.

ECO Flex helps householders who do not qualify for ECO4 because of the benefits criteria, but who are living on a low income. Each local authority sets its own criteria and for Warwick District Council, this is defined in our Statement of Intent. 

Great British Insulation Scheme is designed to offer a single insulation measure for low-income and vulnerable households.
