Referendum
Following the Examiner's Report, a final version of the Budbrooke Neighbourhood Plan was produced. A referendum took place on 12th July 2018. For more information, see our Elections Page.
Examination of the Neighbourhood Plan
Mr Andrew Ashcroft was appointed with the agreement of the Qualifying Body to undertake an independent examination of the Budbrooke Neighbourhood Plan. The Inspector produced a Clarification Note - this note and response are below. Following the examination, the Examiner's Report has been produced.

Submission Neighbourhood Plan Consultation
Warwick District Council has received the submission draft of the Budbrooke Neighbourhood Plan. The consultation on this plan starts on Friday 17th November at 16:45 and will run for a period of 6 weeks plus an extra week (recognising that the consultation runs over the Christmas period) and ending at 16:45 on Friday 5th January 2018.

Pre-submission consultation on the draft Neighbourhood Plan
The Draft Budbrooke Neighbourhood Plan was published for a period of consultation between the 16th November 2015 to 6th January 2016. All information was published on Budbrooke Parish Council's website.
Neighbourhood Area Designation
Budbrooke Neighbourhood Plan Area was designated by Executive on 5th November 2014. The parish council was the relevant body that applied for the designation. A map of the Neighbourhood Plan Area can be found below.
