Submission Plan (Regulation 16) Consultation
Cubbington Parish Council as the Qualifying Body has prepared a Neighbourhood Development Plan with the help of the community. The Plan sets out a vision for the future of the Parish, and planning policies which will guide the determination of local planning applications. The Cubbington Neighbourhood Development Plan (CNDP) has been formally submitted to Warwick District Council as the Local Planning Authority, and was the subject of a period of public consultation in accordance with Regulation 16 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations, between 31 October 2024 and 12 December 2024.

Pre-Submission (Regulation 14) Consultation
Cubbington Parish Council has carried out a public consultation on the draft Cubbington Neighbourhood Plan, in accordance with Regulation 14 of the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations. The consultation ran between 22 January 2024 and 4 March 2024.
SEA Screening
A Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Screening Opinion was prepared in respect of the draft Cubbington Neighbourhood Plan. This is available below, along with the responses from the statutory bodies. It is concluded that no SEA is required.

Neighbourhood Area Designation
The Cubbington Neighbourhood Area was designated on 2 September 2021, and incorporates the extent of the Parish of Cubbington. Cubbington Parish Council is the relevant body which applied for the designation.
The decision to designate the Neighbourhood Area followed a six-week period of consultation which concluded on 20 August 2021. Responses received in connection with that consultation area. No objections were received.
