We have commissioned two independent reviews of our compliance with social housing and assets standards. These reviews have resulted in a self-referral to the Regulator for Social Housing and a C3 regulatory judgement.
In response to this and working with the Regulator for Social Housing, we have established an internal Governance Board with independent advisors, to support the delivery of our action plan which sets out the steps for improvement. We also have a special Compliance Committee for transparent scrutiny of the action plan and progress.
