A Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) is intended to deal with nuisance or problems that are detrimental to the local community's quality of life. PSPOs are designed to ensure that the law-abiding majority are able to enjoy public spaces, safe from anti-social behaviour.

Intoxicating substances zone

A district wide intoxicating substances zone relating to alcohol and other intoxicating substances consumption.

Dog control orders

Dog control orders became PSPOs in October 2017. In 2020, the existing dog control orders were extended for a further three years.
