Acting as the Licensing Authority, we are responsible for the implementation and administration of certain parts of the Gambling Act 2005. Part of this responsibility is to adopt a 'Policy and Statement of Principles' which must be reviewed every three years.
The current Policy documents have been reviewed and updated.
We are seeking views on the reviewed policy to ensure that it remains fit for purpose.
