Statement of Licensing Policy Consultation
Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003 requires a licensing authority to prepare and publish a statement of its licensing policy at least every five years. Such a policy must be published before the authority carries out any function in respect of individual applications and notices made under the terms of the 2003 Act.
The current Warwick District Council statement of licensing policy expires on 30 August 2018.
Before determining its policy, the licensing authority must consult with members of the public, trade and responsible authorities.

This public consultation has now closed. All comments received before the closing date will now be considered and the draft statement of licensing policy altered where appropriate. The final draft will be presented to the Full Council on 8th August.
