Description

Permanent Hoarding needed prior to demolition, additional requirement to procured Demolition contract at Castle Farm and Abbeyfields

Reason for exemption

Due to the volatility on the current markets, delays are resulting in price increases that are detrimental to the build project. As a result, a delay could result in the overall project no longer being financially viable. It is therefore not in the Council’s best interest to seek to award the additional work to a separately procured contractor
