Description

SDC and WDC currently have separate contracts with Washington House that are due to expire at the end of August 2021. We would like to be able to bring these together under a new joint to achieve cost savings and consistency.

Reason for exemption

The existing contract provision for WDC has been extended temporarily to coincide with the expiry of the SDC contract at the end of August 2021. Following the publication of a PIN notice, WDC Cabinet has now agreed an exemption to enable the direct award of a new contract.
