Description

As part of the rough sleeping initiative as set out by the government our aim is to reduce and hopefully eradicate rough sleeping in our district. Whilst the everyone in initiate has played a huge part in this WDC are at a standstill with being able to offer rough sleepers/former rough sleppers move on/ permanent accommodation. This is due to the levels of support that can be provided.

Reason for exemption

Currently, suitable organisations equipped to provide support for high risk, with medium and high level support needs is severely limited. Brighter Fuitures has been idenfied as one of these providers that has capacity to undertake the required work with immediate effect.
