Description

maintenance and data handling service for the Council’s Air Quality Monitoring Stations. The equipment is operational 24/7 and requires an equipment support unit to be available if any issues arise. The data provided forms part of our Annual air quality data-set, which is reported to DEFRA

Reason for exemption

Covid 19 work and staff shortages have resulted in an inability to investigate whether alternative suppliers exist. Exemption needed to ensure consistency and continuation of service.
