Description

The Council has an existing loan with part of the risk mitigation that it is first in line to receive any assets/monies etc should the company become bankrupt. WDC needs external commercial advice quickly to respond and advise members.

Reason for exemption

The Council has to respond quickly to the request and so as the Council has had a long -standing relationship for such advice with Link it is proposed that we seek the advice without tendering
