Description

A new fund from the new department DLUHC, the Levelling Up Fund, is expected to need a submission preparing by Spring 2022. This is an extremely tight timescale and the major new Leamington Transformation process is underway in large part to inform this bid and all subsequent bids.

Reason for exemption

This waiver has been sought due to the urgency around the specific circumstances of the funding timing requirements. Amion is already knowledgeable of the council and project and are equipped to meet tigth turnaround and therefore most economically advantageous option
