Description

Recently received planning permission for the construction requires the provision of additional environmental surveys, methods and evidence of biodiversity gain into the future as part of its conditions

Reason for exemption

COntractor has already completed the majority of the surveys for the site and has current knowledge of what will be required in light of its gathered information. The submission of this information and the discharge of the conditions is part of the critical path to enable the project to be delivered on time and secure the funding offer. Testing of the market has already been undertaken and contractors state full workloads and a lack of availability
