Description

The local planning authority has to assist Qualifying Bodies for neighbourhood plans to appoint an Examiner for the neighbourhood plan

Reason for exemption

As examining neighbourhood plans is a specialist role and there is a service already set up with suitably qualified indviduals/companies and a set pricing schedule it is considered that this is the most appropriate way to source an Examiner. Recommended by MHCLG
