Due to constant flooding at Welshes Meadow it was decided that the drain off pipe to the River Leam needed to be cleaned out (Not done for a number of years)

Reason for exemption

As the original quote was below £10,000.00 it was acceptable under financial regulations, however now that the works are forecast to exceed the £10,000.00 limit and exemption is required
