Description

LPG gas supply for Oakley Woods – exemption granted to vary the contract to be extended for a year.

Reason for exemption

The award of the contract to an alternative supplier would have required the movement and replacement of the storage tanks. Due to the critical nature of the crematorium service during the pandemic, it was decided that it was not appropriate to undertake this work at the current time. Therefore it was decided to delay the procurement of a replacement contract to 2021.
