Description

Feasibility and viability analysis software to support the development of affordable housing.

Reason for exemption

This software was identified following market testing of products available via a framework. This procurement would have required the solution to be hosted in the cloud. However, at a late stage on the process IT confirmed it was not comfortable with the security offered with the hosted solution available. In order to continue with the award of contract to for the chosen product it was then necessary to procure the on premise solution by exemption rather than restart the procurement process via an alternate route.
