Waste collections
Your refuse, recycling, and food waste collections will change over Christmas and New Year.
There will be no refuse, recycling or food waste collections on Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.

There will be no garden waste collections from Friday 27 December 2024 to Wednesday 8 January 2025. Garden waste collections will resume on Thursday 9 January 2025.

Warwickshire Recycling Centres are open for pre-booked visits over the festive period.

Our offices at Riverside House will be closed from Wednesday 25 December to Wednesday 1 January (inclusive) for phone calls and face to face appointments.

Carers Response Emergency Support Service
CRESS, which is provided by Carers Trust Heart of England and funded by Warwickshire County Council, is a free service that gives carers a chance to take a break from their caring responsibilities and offers peace of mind that the person they care for will be looked after if they aren’t able to, such as attending hospital or GP appointments, or a significant event.
