Parking tickets or fines are known as penalty charge notices (PCNs). Please make sure you pay or challenge with the correct authority, depending on whether you were in a car park on on-street parking.
On-street parking
Warwickshire County Council issue all on-street penalty charge notices. These PCNs all have a prefix of ZQ.
Car parks
Warwick District Council issue penalty charge notices for car parks only. These PCNs have a prefix of WQ.
