The following demonstrations will take place , and we will continue to populate this page as others are confirmed:

2. University of Warwick’s Words for Wellbeing
3. Pangaea's Mobile Sculpture Studio
4. Post-it Note Exhibition: Small Art, Big Impact

1. A Book of Portraits

6 Kenilworth castle 136 3

Midlands-based artist-led company, A Book of Portraits, present a sneak preview of their upcoming 120th Anniversary celebrations of the Warwick Pageant.

A joyous blend of music-making, theatre and grand spectacle, we work to bring communities together to enjoy the benefits of live folk performance, encouraging participation, placemaking and shared experience.

The original Warwick Pageant in 1906 was performed by over 2000 local community members in the grounds of Warwick Castle and was shared with an audience of 44,000 people. This week of performances was a celebration of local history, art, music, and the people who make Warwickshire such a rich and wonderful place to live.

Join A Book of Portraits as we light a Spark of excitement about our plans to support the Warwick community in the redevelopment of the pageant for modern times. We’ll be celebrating the heroes and stories of Warwick today while paying homage to the creativity of those that brought together the pageants of yesteryear.

Catch us performing throughout the event. We’d love to chat about our work so feel free to speak to us at any point or catch us at the stand in the exhibition space when we’re not performing!

2. University of Warwick’s Words for Wellbeing

W4w stand
University of Warwick’s Words for Wellbeing team invite you to slow down and spend time with words. Drawing on Warwick’s work across the arts, humanities and wellbeing research, we’ll explore how language can help us connect, build resilience and care for our mental health in a fast-changing world. You don’t need any writing experience, just a little curiosity and openness. This is a chance to step out of the busyness of the day, reflect on what you read, see, and feel, and explore how simple reflective writing and creative practice can open gentle, meaningful conversations about wellbeing.

Drop-in. No need to book

Let’s Create something extraordinary together.

4. Post-it Note Exhibition and Workshop: Small Art, Big Impact

Post it note exhibition
Think tiny canvases… with big personality.

This joyful pop-up exhibition brings together hundreds of individually drawn, decorated and embellished Post-it Notes, created by artists and creatives from across the district. Professional artists. Amateur makers. Students. Doodlers. First-time contributors. Every artwork is given equal space. No hierarchy. No labels. No names on display.

Each Post-it is completely unique. Together, they form a colourful snapshot of our creative community - proving that brilliant ideas really can start small. There’s also an added sense of mystery. The works are presented anonymously, inviting visitors to respond purely to the art itself. It’s about access, equality and participation. Small scale. Big ideas. Real impact.

Visit the Exhibition
The exhibition will be open and free for everyone to visit on the upper foyer throughout the day. All artworks will be available to buy for £5 each, with 100% of proceeds going to Myton Hospice.

Get Involved - Submit Your Own Tiny Artwork
