Supplementary Planning Document

The Council have published for consultation a draft Open Spaces Supplementary Planning Document. This provides guidance on how new housing and commercial developments will be required to provide or enhance open spaces for leisure and recreation. Sustainable Buildings supplementary planning document

The council has prepared a Draft Supplementary Planning Document on Sustainable Buildings. This expands upon policies DP11 (Drainage), DP12 (Energy Efficiency) and DP13 (Renewable Energy Developments) of the Warwick District Local Plan 1996 - 2011.
