Warwick District Council has 9 Portfolio Holders who act as spokespersons for the service areas and may be given delegated authority by the Council to take Executive decisions within these areas. These service areas will coincide with the service areas of the Committee, which undertake the overview and scrutiny function contained within the terms of reference.
